Costume Inspiration: 'Bit of Boo' in Statesboro
This spooky season, a haunted Halloween shopping experience is brewing at Goodwill Southeast Georgia. Make your costume come alive at our Statesboro Boo-tique, one of 8 locations now open! It’s your one-stop-shop for all things spooky! From superheroes, witches and pirates to princesses and pop icons, we’ve got what you need to create a great costume at a great price. Every purchase you make helps us provide free job training and career coaching to our community.
And here’s a trick-or-treat twist: our children’s boutique in Statesboro will transform into 'Bit of Boo' for the season. It’s full of enchanting Halloween costumes and accessories specially curated for your little ones. From cute and cuddly to spooky and spectacular, it’s a Halloween headquarters just for kids! Here’s some of what you can expect when you stop by for a spell…and what looks your smallest trick-or-treaters can sport.
If your little one loves to dance, why not go with a costume to fit a favorite hobby? This pink sparkly dress could be easily turned into a ballerina costume. Just add flats and you’re good to go! Pink is also a perfect fit for a princess. Crown your cutie with a tiara and look is complete.
Looking for something that’s low-maintenance but still adorable? Look no further than this llama costume. All one piece, soft and warm, it’s perfect for the youngest trick-or-treaters—or maybe even one that’s making their costume debut this October.
One look at this dress may have “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” playing in your head. But your little trick-or-treater will be recognizable as Mirabelle without any music required. I can hear some of your sighs of relief out there…but we know you secretly love it!
This one is a classic showstopper. Nothing is more adorable than your little pumpkin…dressed up as a pumpkin. This will have people saying, “Oh my gourd!” with the cuteness level off the charts. The other upside? This is another one-and-done costume, with only brown, black or green pants/onesie to complete the look.
Sea-s the day (or Halloween night) with the best looks from under the sea! This fun skirt is the perfect piece to take the difficulty out of a mermaid costume. Now out that’s needed is a sparkly pastel top and some shell accessories to finish it off.
Halloween is fun with more than one! If you’re looking for a costume to pair up, there’s plenty of mix- and-match separates at our boo-tiques. You can be sure some trick-or-treat fun will be brewing with your duo.
Dare to venture into our Statesboro Boo-tique and 'Bit of Boo' on Highway 80 East or our 7 other Boo-tique locations. Start crafting your Halloween Masterpiece—the haunt is on now through October 31st!
