When Joshua joined G-Force Manufacturing, he brought with him years of experience in electrical automation. Goodwill Southeast Georgia was an opportunity to learn new skills that would benefit him both in his work and personal life.
“I made control panels for eight years (before I came into Goodwill),” Joshua says. “It was kind of a higher stress job because it was a small business.” One day, Joshua came across a Facebook ad for open interviews at G-Force. He applied, interviewed two days later, and got the position.
Joshua discovered additional work-life balance benefits at G-Force. A financial wellness program offered to Associates helped him see his resources in a new way, putting some of his long-term goals in focus.
