Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s AbilityOne Program provides paid, real‑world job training for individuals with significant documented disabilities who benefit from a structured, supportive work environment. Through federal contracts at local military and government installations, participants gain hands-on experience, while earning competitive wages and developing skills that support long‑term employment.
