5 Days, 5 Workshops- Available Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm or 1-4pm via registration, July- September
- Career Exploration and Planning (90 minutes): Discover career paths that match your skills and interests. Explore real job options using guided tools, identify next steps, and build a personalized career plan you can act on right away.
- Digital Literacy (3 hrs): Build essential computer skills, including email, internet use, and Microsoft Office basics.Participants will have the opportunity to earn Northstar Digital Literacy Certifications to strengthen their resume.
- Soft Skills (3 hrs): Communication, teamwork, professionalism, and workplace expectations
- Financial Literacy(3 hrs): Budgeting, credit basics, and managing your money
- Job Readiness and Interviewing (3 hrs): Get ready to land the job. Practice interview skills, receive real-time feedback, and learn how to present yourself professionally, including workplace attire and expectations.
(Sessions rotate between morning and afternoon each week)
